I've a background in landscape architecture and my fiance works in commercial real estate. I stumbled upon your post, which gave useful and interesting info for both our fields. The High Line Park is a good idea and I'm not surprised it has caused that much mixed use development in those already trendy NYC hotspots. Thanks for the post!

Hi Mitchell,

Thanks for keeping us up to date with the developments down there. I like the HL23 building. It's green and it's modern. But I personally feel it looks out of place since the buildings beside it look old to me.
