NYC tax rates for fiscal year 2013 (7/1/12 – 6/30/13) adopted
by the New York City Council at its meeting of November 13.
Class FY13 Tax Rates
1. (Single Family Homes) 18.569
2. (Apartment Buildings) 13.181
3. (Utilities) 12.477
4. (All other properties) 10.288
The tax bill you receive in January will be based on the FY13 tax rate and will include any adjustment required to reflect this adopted rate.
