3 Responses to "Manhattan Rental Market Analysis: March 2012"Rent rise in March seems to be quite moderate as compare top February. May be this is the sign of some rising demand.
We've seen a slight uptick in rentals in the first quarter. And the month-to-month has remained on a slow, steady incline. The tough economic times seem to be easing ever so slightly, so hopefully this means a more robust 2nd & 3rd quarter, etc. In any case, the early numbers indicate potential for a better 2012 than 2011. Thanks for all your great work, Mitchell.
