Mayor Bloomberg and Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum announced that the City is sending a customer service survey to more than 100,000 randomly-selected New York City households to get an assessment of New Yorkers’ opinions of City services.
The survey, which will ask residents for their opinions about important characteristics of the City and services provided by city government, will allow New Yorkers in all five boroughs an opportunity to voice their opinions and provide a quantitative measure of where the City can continue to improve service delivery.
